What is Earthing or Grounding?

Earthing which is also known as Vitamin G or Grounding is simply getting back to skin to skin contact with the earth. [Electric Jack] It’s a therapeutic technique that focuses on realigning your electrical energy by reconnecting to the earth.

You see the earth is negatively charged and emits negative ions and electrons which help detoxify our bodies and neutralize positively charged free radicals

Free radicals can’t be avoided and they occur naturally but they also cause damage to your body. Free radicals are connected to inflammation and inflammation is linked to cancer, heart disease, immune dysfunction, aging and cognitive decline. (all things we’d like to avoid….)

Earthing & Grounding, how do you do it?

There are several very simple ways to get the benefit of earthing. They include:

  • Going Barefoot on the grass- or at the beach
  • Lie Down on the Ground, take a nap or have a picnic
  • Wade in water
  • Use specific equipment to get the benefit of earthing in doors, at work and while sleeping!
