In the Northeast hiking in the fall is a great chance to see some foliage and wildlife while getting some big-time fitness. A moderate hike can burn ad much as 440 calories per hour and is great for your glutes, legs and cardiovascular system.

Disc Golf

Disc Golf is a great activity for everyone in the family. It’s in expensive, fun and you can get in lots of steps chasing your disc around 18 holes. Expect to travel anywhere from 12-14,000 steps playing 18 holes of disc golf.


Biking is fun all year but especially in the fall. The scenery is great and no bugs! The cool weather is perfect when you’re working up a sweat on your bike. Depending on your effort you can burn 250 to 400 calories an hour riding your bike.
