This month I’m taking on another challenge and this is going to be fun!
Here’s what I’m doing. Each day I’ll be looking for opportunities to perform at least 1 Random Act of Kindness or give 1 Sincere Compliment. I’ll be doing this everyday in September.
Why Am I Doing This?
- It feels good to be kind or give someone a compliment.
- It’s good for your health
- It’s good for your brain
- It makes the people you’re kind or complimentary to feel better too!
This month I’ll be sharing my progress, more on how kindness is beneficial to your health and more ideas for adding a little kindness to your day.
