Cost Effective and Safe Ways to Exercise on the Road

One of the most cost effective ways to get your “fitness on” is to walk, jog, run or cycle / bike on the road. However, it’s not always the safest option. In this video I review some basic Road Safety for Cyclists and Runners. I also provide some simple preparation ideas to ensure you’re next road workout is safe and productive!
