Do You Have Willpower?

Have you ever felt like you just didn’t have the willpower to succeed at your weight loss goals? 

Well if so, you’re not alone it happens to all of us…but there is good news! You don’t need superior will power to succeed. In fact, I’ve got three tips to share with you today that will have you on track and achieving your weight loss goals whether you feel you have will power or not.

Tip 1: Plan Ahead of Time

A lot of time will power is more about convenience. Prepare snacks ahead of time. Keep healthy fruit on hand. Clean out those “tempting” items.

Tip 2: Exercise Your Willpower

Willpower is like a muscle and it can be made stronger over time, if you give it regular workouts.  

Here are some excellent Willpower workouts:

  • Meditation 
  • Focus on Your Posture 
  • Track Your Food

Tip 3: Indulge (a Little Bit)

Engaging your willpower takes a lot of energy and when you’re low on energy your willpower is weak. So snacking can help raise your energy and your willpower. Of course, it’s important to snack on high energy foods, and foods with protein top the list!
